I knew Darren played a few instruments but this kid is gifted, for sure.

From playing the violin at a very young age, and being in multiple youth orchestras, writing and composing for musicals such as Starkid, and teaching himself multiple instruments for a rock band with his brother as a teen, Darren, well before we “knew” him, has always been a musician, performer, songwriter.  Add in his musical theater background since he was a kid, and you have the consummate triple-threat, with well over 10,000 hours put in already honing his craft.  Those hours are what it takes to become the expert in this field for most folks, but Darren is just beginning.  Imagine what he can do, and where he can go.
